Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to kontakt@zrekidoreki.com before the 14 days expire.

How to return an item

    Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. 2.
    Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. 3.
    Send the parcel to: Zrekidoreki, Ks. Malinowskiego 3b, 05-410 Józefów.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used for the order.

We may wait with the refund until the goods are back with us or you provide proof of sending them.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned unused and complete. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the goods.
